Ted talks
August 19th, 2006 by teemowTED is an annual conference about Technology, Entertainment and Design and there are some videos of the talks. But my father is also called Ted and I just talked to him. But I remembered the link to the videos Oliver sent me.
Sir Ken Robinsons talk about creativity and education is entertaining and true. I always felt the same way at the university. This is incest at its best. Let other people become professors, this is nothing I am interested in.
By the way I’m currently reading ‘A whole new mind’ by Daniel H. Pink. The subtitle says: Moving from the Information Age to the Conceptual Age. Why right-brainers will rule the future. Sounds catchy, but I still don’t know if it is worth reading.
